In our case we are generally green. Our school is two kilometres from the city center. Most people live in that area. 29 students out of 50 boys and girls get to school on foot everyday. There is a special path so that pupils come complete safely to school. They love walking and talking to their partners on the way to school. Most teacher walk to school as well and it’s a fantastic opportunity to talk to them about their hobbies. Only one student out of 50 go to school on bike. Some of them (18 out of 50) come to school by car. They usually live outside our town, 20 or 30 kilometres far away from the school. And finally only two students get to school using public buses.
Spain, step by step, is trying to be a little greener. Let’s go ahead!
